SJ Birch

SJ Birch & Co. is an independent residential property search consultancy based in London, serving clients locally and worldwide. Founded by Sarah Birch, the business draws on her 20 years of experience in residential property, including 12 years as a director at Savills and extensive work across Prime Central London. It helps clients with limited time or familiarity with the market navigate the search and purchase process through personal, tailored advice.

Services include property sourcing and acquisition support, investment advice, rental searches, refurbishment guidance, layout design and disposal advice. The consultancy can assist with a range of homes, from unmodernised properties with development potential to new-build residences. Sarah’s knowledge of the London market, including off-market opportunities and property pricing, is complemented by a network of professionals such as planning consultants, architects, building contractors, solicitors, mortgage advisers and property managers. This support can help clients manage transactions efficiently and access expertise beyond the initial search.
