SJJA Frenchs Forest is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy offering training for children and adults at different experience levels. Its programs include kids’ classes, beginner and advanced training, and women’s classes, with a timetable for both kids and adults. The academy welcomes people starting their Jiu-Jitsu journey as well as those looking to develop existing skills, and invites prospective students to book a free trial.
Based on student feedback, the school places emphasis on clear instruction, supportive coaching and a welcoming culture. Reviews describe structured classes and an environment where students of varied ages and abilities can learn, challenge themselves and progress. Parents also highlight the role of training in helping children build confidence, discipline and technique.
SJJA Frenchs Forest is led by Professor Vince, with a coaching team that supports students on the mats. The website also provides information about the academy’s leadership and facility, alongside a class timetable, shop, blog and online training section.
