The Sport Jiu-Jitsu International Federation (SJJIF) is an international organization focused on unifying and supporting national and territorial federations in Sport Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Jiu-Jitsu. Its mission is to develop the sport while preserving its history, culture, philosophy, and lineage, and to pursue recognition in the Olympic, Paralympic, Deaflympic, and other multi-sport games. The federation connects athletes, academies, officials, and national organizations through membership and community programs.

SJJIF organizes and sanctions competitions around the world, including championships, open tournaments, and team events. It provides event calendars, results, rankings for athletes, teams, professors, and countries, as well as rules and regulations covering topics such as uniforms, belts, weight divisions, conduct, and anti-doping. Its services and resources include school and association registration, referee courses and certification, athlete insurance information, background checks, safeguarding and education materials, and a school assistance fund. Members can also get involved as referees, sponsors, volunteers, or ambassadors. Through these programs, SJJIF aims to expand opportunities for athletes and strengthen the global Jiu-Jitsu community.
