Sjk karate

BP SJK Karate, also known as the Black Panther School of Japanese Karate, offers friendly Shotokan karate classes for children from age three, families and adults. The club serves communities in Potters Bar, Cockfosters, Southgate and Enfield, with sessions held at local halls, a gym and a school. Its timetable includes mixed-age and children’s classes, as well as advanced training for eligible students. Women-only classes are also listed for Southgate and Potters Bar, with prospective students invited to register their interest.

New members can choose a two-, three-, four- or five-week beginner programme, providing an introduction to karate before joining. Lessons are 45 minutes for children aged three to six and 60 minutes for students aged seven and up; some advanced sessions last 90 minutes. The club’s website provides application details, class times, training dates, grading information and guidance for students and parents. Its online shop offers karate suits, trousers, club T-shirts, hoodies and martial arts equipment.
