Sjögren

Sjögren Québec, formally the Association du syndrome de Sjögren, is a nonprofit organization based in Québec, Canada. Its primary mission is to support and inform people living with Sjögren’s disease and their loved ones. This rare systemic autoimmune disease most often affects the glands that produce saliva and tears, but it can also involve other organs, including the lungs, kidneys, lymphatic system, and nervous system.

The association offers virtual support and information sessions for members and their families, creating opportunities to share experiences and connect with others. It publishes the bilingual magazine Le Sjögren four times a year for members and some health professionals. Its website provides reliable information about the disease, relevant resources, practical suggestions for adapting daily habits and surroundings to ease the impact of symptoms, and updates on ongoing research and clinical trials.
