Norsk Sjømannsforbund (NSF) er et fagforbund som ble opprettet 25. september 1910 under navnet Norsk Matros- og Fyrbøter-Union. Dagens navn er fra 1933. Forbundet organiserer utenriks- og cruiseflåten, ferjene, supplybåtene, fiskeriflåten og innenriksfarten. Forbundet har ca. 11 500 medlemmer, hvorav ca. 8 500 er yrkesaktive. Det største enkeltrederiet er Color Line med over 1400 yrkesaktive medlemmer i NSF. Forbundsleder er Kurt Inge Angell
