Солнечный Круг М is a Moscow-based domestic staffing agency that has helped families find household personnel since 2000. Serving clients in Moscow and other Russian cities, the agency matches candidates to each household’s needs, taking into account both professional qualifications and personal fit. Its placement services cover nannies, governesses, caregivers, housekeepers, household assistants, tutors, speech therapists, personal drivers, cooks, gardeners, house managers, wardrobe specialists and family couples.

The agency says its candidate database includes more than 30,000 people and that applicants are interviewed, their information checked, and their professional readiness assessed. It also offers specialist training for nannies, housekeepers and governesses. Clients can review candidate profiles, meet shortlisted applicants and arrange trial days before deciding whether to hire. Agency payment is made once a client has chosen a suitable candidate, and consultation or replacement assistance is available during the contract period.

With experienced managers and an individualized selection process, Солнечный Круг М aims to help families find reliable support for their homes and loved ones.
