SK Oberhabsburg

Schwingklub Oberhabsburg (SKO) is a Swiss wrestling club dedicated to the traditional sport of Schwingen and to supporting athletes at every stage of their development. The club brings together active wrestlers and young members, offering training for adults, junior wrestlers and children in its Piccolo program. Sessions and introductory activities give newcomers the chance to learn basic techniques, experience wrestling in the sawdust and build their skills under experienced guidance. The club also provides opportunities to compete, with its members taking part in regional and cantonal events and achieving recognition across both adult and youth divisions.

SKO organizes and participates in wrestling events, including its annual Nachwuchsschwinget and the Michaelskreuz-Schwinget, which together form a major weekend on the club calendar. Its website shares news, results, schedules and information about membership, club clothing and the association’s history. The club’s activities are centred around the NORMA Training Center in Root, which can also be reserved through the website.
