Skadar Lake Boat Tours is a locally run, family business offering boat excursions and kayak rentals on Montenegro’s Skadar Lake. Led by Dusko, a local fisherman, the team shares the lake’s natural highlights and regional stories, with an emphasis on exploring quieter areas away from mass tourism. Tours depart from Rijeka Crnojevića, Virpazar, or other locations on the lake, and the company recommends historic Rijeka Crnojevića as a scenic starting point.

The range includes private and shared trips for families, nature lovers, and adventure seekers. Options feature the All-over-the-Lake tour, Jungle Tour, Amazon Tour, visits to villages and monasteries, and excursions along the Crnojević River canyon. Some itineraries showcase waterfalls, water lilies, viewpoints, and other lake scenery. Shared tours are listed from €22 per person, private tours from €50 per boat, and kayak rental from €10 per hour. The business also highlights free parking and a welcoming local experience, and offers contact by email or WhatsApp for enquiries and bookings.
