SKAH Pécs

SKAH Pécs Sportegyesület is a martial arts club in Pécs, Hungary, and the local school of the Shaolin Kungfu Association Hungary. Operating since 1992 under the leadership of sifu Bornemissza Péter, it teaches the Chang Dung Sheng style of Shaolin kungfu. Classes welcome students from age six, with training available for both children and adults.

The club’s practice combines physical conditioning with the development of character and healthy habits. Training includes breathing techniques, throws, rolls, forms, self-defence and weapon movements, with students learning progressively as they advance through the ranks. The school’s philosophy places long-term health and regular practice ahead of competition, while offering students opportunities to take part in tournaments. SKAH Pécs is part of a wider Hungarian organisation whose style is practised across multiple schools, and is associated with the national traditional kungfu and wushu federation. Its competitors have achieved notable results, including a European championship title for Pécs student Horváth Dorka in the light sanda category.
