About The Skatepark Project
The Skatepark Project is an incredible brand that is dedicated to creating safe and inclusive public skateparks for youth in underserved communities. With a mission to address the need for more skateparks, they have already awarded over $11-million to fund skatepark projects across all 50 states. In fact, 661 skatepark projects have benefitted from their support.
These skateparks attract over eight million visitors annually, providing a space for skateboarders to have fun and showcase their skills. But The Skatepark Project goes beyond just funding skateparks. They also offer grants to help finance public skateparks in low-income communities, ensuring equal access for all.
Additionally, they provide guidance and advocacy training to thousands of skatepark advocates worldwide. With only about 3,500 skateparks available in the U. S.
