Skater Things

Skater Things is a skate-community initiative focused on giving back through life-changing experiences. Its mission is to partner with skating rinks, professional skaters, and industry professionals to create educational opportunities, distinctive events, and engaging skating experiences. Through these partnerships, Skater Things aims to make the skate community more supportive and accessible to young people.

The organization’s vision is to help youth build confidence and resilience while fostering an inclusive community. Its stated values are integrity, respect, excellence, and help, which guide its commitment to participants and the wider skating community. Skater Things invites people to join its efforts and offers a way to contribute financially, with donations supporting its mission and helping improve conditions for the skate community.

By bringing together rink partners, skating professionals, young people, and supporters, Skater Things works to create opportunities to learn, connect, and grow through skating. Its message, “Together we can,” reflects a collaborative approach to strengthening community and making positive experiences possible.
