SK Capacitación

SK Capacitación is a Chilean Organismo Técnico de Capacitación (OTEC), founded in 2007 and a subsidiary of Ingeniería y Construcción Sigdo Koppers. Recognized by SENCE and certified under Chilean and international management standards, the organization provides technical and workplace training for businesses and individuals. Its programs are designed around client needs and current labor-market demands, with an emphasis on practical skills, workplace safety, and effective learning.

Course offerings include HSEC, productivity, management, and GWO training, as well as standardized courses accredited by Codelco’s Vice Presidency. SK Capacitación also develops customized programs and operates a training center in the Metropolitan Region, equipped for classroom instruction and practical exercises, including simulations of high-risk work. Beyond corporate training, it supports employability through programs for technical high schools and communities, helping participants build skills for entering or returning to the workforce. Its approach combines experienced instructors, coordinated training logistics, and a focus on developing both technical and behavioral competencies, serving people, companies, and industry across Chile.
