About Skeptical Inquirer
The Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, a program of the Center for Inquiry, has been at the forefront since 1976, promoting scientific inquiry and critical investigation. Their mission is to examine controversial and extraordinary claims using reason. Through their official journal, the Skeptical Inquirer, they publish articles that carefully scrutinize claims of the paranormal without bias, as per the guidance of founding members like Carl Sagan and Isaac Asimov.
The Committee fosters a network of individuals interested in fringe science, participates in consumer education, and encourages impartial research. They host conferences, compile bibliographies, and aim to debunk myths through rational inquiry. Contact CSI for more information and delve into their collection of skeptics' work, including the renowned “Proper Criticism” by Ray Hyman.
Join their movement for thought-provoking discourse on all things mysterious and unexplained
