Schwingklub Glatt- und Limmattal is a Swiss wrestling club based in Schlieren, where members train in traditional Schwingen, a sport contested in a sawdust ring. The club welcomes people interested in learning the sport and offers training for both active wrestlers and young wrestlers at the Schwingkeller Moos on Zürcherstrasse. Active training takes place on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:45 p.

m., while youth sessions run from 6:15 to 7:45 p. m. The club supports wrestlers at different stages of development, with training, portraits, competition reports, and opportunities to take part in events.

Its members compete at regional and cantonal Schwingfeste, and its youth teams regularly earn awards and branches. The club also shares news, photographs, historical information, and updates through its publications and website. It organizes the annual Niklausschwinget, held at Stadthalle Dietikon, and invites new members and prospective sponsors to get in touch.
