Our Ombudsman for Health Insurance offers free mediation to find a solution, while our Healthcare Insurance Disputes Committee can provide a binding decision for a nominal fee of €37. We are an official government-appointed authority for healthcare insurance disputes.
To file a complaint, simply inform your insurer first and attempt to resolve the issue together. If that doesn't work, you can submit your complaint to us using our complaint form for efficient handling. Our Ombudsman's mediation services are free, and the decision from the Disputes Committee carries a fee.
