Ski Club Guebwiller

Ski Club Guebwiller is a ski club affiliated with the French Ski Federation, based at the foot of the Grand-Ballon in the Vosges mountains. It brings together people who enjoy nature, mountain activities and skiing, offering cross-country skiing for both leisure and competition. Sessions are supervised by qualified federal instructors, making the club’s activities suitable for participants seeking guided practice.

The club also operates the Roedelen refuge, a chalet open to everyone in summer and winter. Visitors can stop for a meal brought with them or stay overnight; the refuge welcomes guests every weekend in summer and every other weekend in winter. Set in a mountain environment, it provides a base for visitors to the Grand-Ballon area.

The club shares news about its athletes and events, including participation in Nordic skiing championships, as well as updates on volunteer work at the refuge. Ski Club Guebwiller combines community-based sport, mountain hospitality and a commitment to maintaining its refuge for members and visitors alike
