SKIF-USA is the official United States branch of the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKIF), affiliated with SKIF-Japan. Founded in 1977 by Hirokazu Kanazawa Soke, 10th Dan, SKIF has grown into an international karate organization with more than 2 million members in over 100 countries.
