Skilift Wurmstein

Skilift Wurmstein is a volunteer-run ski area in Flossenbürg, operated by the Förderverein Skilift Wurmstein Flossenbürg e. V. It welcomes skiers of different ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced riders, with a focus on family-friendly prices and accessible winter recreation.

A tow lift serves two runs covering 1. 2 kilometres in total. The approximately 500-metre main slope offers a more sporting challenge and can also be used for evening skiing under floodlights.

For a gentler outing, the roughly 700-metre family slope features varied terrain. A snowmaking system, installed on the main run in 2018, helps improve snow reliability and slope conditions. The website provides practical visitor information, including opening times, prices, piste reports, webcams, a piste map and a photo gallery.
