About SkillSea
SkillSea is a project that aims to equip Europe's maritime professionals with essential digital, green, and soft management skills to thrive in the ever-evolving maritime labor market. By developing a sustainable skills strategy, SkillSea not only enhances the safety and efficiency of the maritime sector but also increases the number of skilled professionals in the field. The project offers a range of activities and tools to support maritime education and training, including innovative strategy tools like Strategy Direction Location (STRA.
D. L. ) and International Transfer (Trans.
I. T. ), as well as stakeholder cooperation and strategic evaluation tools.
SkillSea also provides access to the SkillSea Moodle Platform and the MET-NET analytics tool, fostering structural cooperation among Maritime Education and Training institutions.
