就労継続支援A型事業所スキルアップ～skillupfactory～

Skill Up is a Type A continuous employment support office in Osaka, Japan, supporting people with disabilities who may find immediate entry into ordinary employment difficult. Through structured work and vocational training, the organization helps participants build practical skills, stamina, confidence, and readiness for employment, with support tailored to each person’s goals and pace.

Work opportunities focus on creative, computer-based tasks. Graphic design projects include DTP, business cards, banners, brochures, and signage. Web assignments cover design and front-end coding, with opportunities to practice using tools and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Wix, BASE, and Shopify. Participants can also create illustrations, store characters, and T-shirt designs. The site additionally describes video-editing work as part of participants’ training and experience.

Skill Up provides guidance through visits, trial participation, service enrollment, and preparation for job seeking. After a participant finds work, its employment-retention support helps address workplace and daily-life concerns, in coordination with employers and medical providers where appropriate. The office welcomes inquiries about tours and trial sessions.
