UngMeistring is a groundbreaking project within the Forskningssenter for Digitale Helsetjenester, funded by the Research Council of Norway’s PilotHelse program. Led by Helse Bergen, this initiative aims to create sustainable solutions in the healthcare industry while offering valuable services to the community. Over the span of 2022-2026, UngMeistring focuses on developing and evaluating eight web-based self-help and treatment programs specially designed for adolescents dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, and eating disorders.

Recognizing the increased demand and limited resources, UngMeistring seeks innovative ways to connect with young individuals and provide them with the support they need. Through collaborations with public actors and platforms like ung. no, public health nurses, and psychologists in BUP, UngMeistring strives to: increase accessibility to mental health services, enhance the utilization of evidence-based practices, foster user involvement, optimize resource allocation, utilize digital technologies that resonate with young people, improve flexibility for users, and promote value creation in the health industry.

Under the leadership of project manager Kristin Bruvik, UngMeistring brings together a diverse range of partners from the public sector, primary and secondary health services, the research and education sector, and private industry actors.
