Wintersportschule Oberallgäu GmbH

Skischule Ofterschwang is a family-welcoming winter sports school in the Oberallgäu region of Germany, offering lessons and equipment rental for visitors to the Allgäu. Its program serves beginners, returning learners and experienced participants seeking to improve, with group, family and individual coaching across several winter sports. Courses include alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing, including skating and classic techniques. Lessons are available for children, teenagers and adults, with instruction provided by trained coaches who work with different ages and skill levels.

A central part of the school’s child-focused offering is BOBO’s KINDER-CLUB®, a penguin-themed learning concept. The school says it was the first in Germany to introduce this approach, designed to make skiing enjoyable for children. Alpine lessons range from first turns to parallel skiing, carving and freestyle, while snowboard instruction supports both beginners and more advanced riders.

For guests without their own gear, the school rents skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and other equipment, with reservations available. Its website also provides course information, prices, online booking, news and contact details.
