SK Lutra

Sportovní klub Lutra is a community sports club based in Stráž pod Ralskem, Czech Republic. Founded in May 2008, it was established to provide local children with opportunities to take part in sports that were not otherwise organized in the town. Its name means “otter” in Latin, and the animal appears in the club’s emblem.

In its early years, Lutra focused on ball games, particularly dodgeball and volleyball, and took part in the Sport for All association. Since 2013, the club has also offered ringo, with children meeting regularly on Mondays at the local gym or sports field and participating in regional competitions. The club’s activities have included tournaments, training events and other sporting gatherings, documented in its online photo galleries and event updates.

Lutra also organizes community rural camps in Stráž pod Ralskem during July and August. These camps are part of a project supporting community life in the LAG Podralsko area and are intended for families whose parents work, seek employment or are self-employed
