Skorpion Pordenone

Skorpion Club is a sports and fitness organisation based in Pordenone, Italy, founded in 1974 by a group of judo enthusiasts. The club has grown into a local centre for martial arts and physical activity, with an educational approach focused on personal development, self-discipline, and physical and moral growth. Its courses welcome young people and other participants, offering opportunities to build skills and self-knowledge.

Judo and Kajukenbo are among Skorpion’s longstanding disciplines. The programme also includes other martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, women’s self-defence, yoga, Pilates, Total M.E.T., postural training, fitness classes, and artistic gymnastics. Courses are led by instructors with experience across these disciplines, including dedicated judo and fitness coaches. The club also organises seasonal events such as its annual Skorpion Stage in Piancavallo. Skorpion presents sport as a means of education and ongoing personal improvement, reflecting the teaching philosophy associated with judo founder Jigoro Kano. It is located on Via Interna in Pordenone, where prospective members can find course and registration information and contact the club by phone or email.
