s Koukalkou

Ing. Jana Valter Koukalová provides online mathematics tutoring and learning resources for students preparing for entrance exams, the school-leaving examination (maturita), or other challenging maths tests. Her teaching combines subject instruction with mentoring, helping learners build confidence, understand why methods work, and think through problems rather than simply memorize procedures. Tutoring includes substantial homework, individual feedback, motivation, and practical advice on effective study habits.

Students can also choose self-paced learning through online courses and the Hero-Hero membership club, where lessons and examples can be revisited at any time. The range includes a mini-course covering the basics of functions, study materials, and an e-book with 23 tips for avoiding common pitfalls in mathematics entrance exams. The website further offers a blog with learning advice and maths puzzles, instructional videos, and podcast episodes. Jana shares additional maths content through social media and a Facebook group, and provides references from students and parents. Her services are designed for learners who need structured preparation or simply want to strengthen their skills and confidence.
