Eva Behenská

Skvěle v těle is a women’s movement and wellbeing brand founded by Eva Behenská, a movement therapist, certified instructor, author and practitioner with more than 19 years of experience. Her approach combines Pilates, therapeutic exercise, developmental kinesiology and psychosomatics, encouraging women to understand their bodies and move with care and respect for their individual needs and histories.

The brand’s main offering is BE a Woman, an iOS and Android app with daily guidance and exercise content. After completing a body-history and goals assessment, users receive a personalized plan that can be adjusted over time. The app includes more than 150 exercise videos and webinars, fortnightly live Zoom classes, short SOS audio exercises, psychosomatic resources and direct personal support from Eva. New users can try the full app free for 10 days.

Skvěle v těle also offers introductory consultations to help clients understand their bodies and receive individual guidance; a month of app access is included as a consultation gift.
