SKY-MAP is an innovative project dedicated to enhancing the understanding of the universe through comprehensive visualization of astronomical and astrophysical data. With a mission to consolidate information about various space objects, SKY-MAP aims to transform abstract concepts into immersive experiences by providing users with a detailed sky map.

The system currently showcases approximately 500 million celestial objects, allowing users to easily search for and explore their favorite stars and galaxies. Users can enrich the database by uploading photographs of the night sky, linking them to mapped objects for a more engaging experience. Additional features under development include databases for galaxies and nebulae, advanced search capabilities, and a moderation system for specialists to manage and curate content.

Whether you are an astronomy enthusiast or a professional, SKY-MAP is committed to evolving its platform by incorporating valuable tools for both education and research, inviting experts to contribute to this ambitious journey of cosmic exploration.
