SKY-TEAM is a paragliding school based in Gernsbach in Germany’s Northern Black Forest. Founded in 1988, the school provides training for beginners and experienced pilots, with an emphasis on safety, practical skills, and supportive instruction from active, passionate pilots. Its courses range from two-day introductory sessions and four-day basic training to complete pilot training, advanced flight instruction, and theory for the A licence. Further options include performance and thermalling techniques, cross-country and hike-and-fly seminars, winch-launch training, and rescue equipment practice.

The school also organizes paragliding trips and guided flying in destinations including Italy, France, Austria, Slovenia, Denmark, South Africa, and Turkey, as well as the Black Forest, Allgäu, and the Alps. Beyond instruction and travel, SKY-TEAM offers tandem flights, equipment advice and sales, a shop and online store, and paragliding equipment servicing and checks. The school reports holding the German Hang Gliding Association’s highest flight-school quality seal and placing among Germany’s top three schools in a 2023 pilot survey.
