SkyCare is a UK-based medical air repatriation service operating from London Biggin Hill. The brand provides private air ambulance, medevac and medical repatriation services across the UK and Europe, with 24/7 bed-to-bed transport and clinical support for patients who need to travel home or reach medical care. Its services include air ambulance repatriations, medical escort flights on commercial aircraft, commercial stretcher flights, airside transfers and road ambulance repatriations.

SkyCare also coordinates tarmac ambulance access and transfers at UK airports and international hubs, working with medical teams, ground handlers and flight crews. Repatriations may be privately arranged or funded through insurance. The company supports families and patients through urgent and complex journeys, coordinating transport and handovers and, where required, arranging hospital beds.

Client testimonials describe assistance with journeys following serious illness or injury, including strokes, and highlight communication and care throughout transport. SkyCare presents its work as bringing care to the skies, with a focus on safe, supported journeys for patients and their families
