Skydive South Africa

Skydive South Africa is a South African Civil Aviation Authority–approved Aviation Recreation Organisation (ARO 014) focused on safe, professional and accessible skydiving. The organisation aims to expand participation in the sport, promote national transformation and create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to pursue their ambitions in the air. Its offerings include first-time tandem skydives, pathways toward sporting licences and opportunities to develop professional skydiving skills. Whether newcomers are seeking an introductory experience or aspiring skydivers are working toward further training, Skydive South Africa presents itself as a place to learn, participate and grow.

Safety and operational standards are central to its work. Guided by SACAA regulations and its Quality Assurance System, the organisation emphasizes integrity, professionalism and disciplined operations. Its stated priorities also include widening access to communities historically excluded from skydiving and building a welcoming, united community through adventure. Founded by CEO Bryan Pather, Skydive South Africa is supported by National Safety Officer Ralph Ridge, who brings more than three decades of skydiving experience.
