Skye Blue Acres is an equine-guided learning centre and horse farm in Puslinch, Ontario, offering individual and group experiences that combine horse-led activities with education and support. Its work focuses on grief, death, loss, mental health, leadership and personal growth. The centre recognizes that grief can arise from many life changes, including bereavement, divorce, illness, family estrangement, relocation, job loss and the death of a pet, and helps participants explore ways to move forward.
Programs are designed for individuals, workplaces, executives and teams. Offerings include private 90-minute sessions with qualified facilitators and horses, a six-week adult grief and loss program, workplace grief training, conscious leadership development and team-building programs for groups of four to twenty. Activities take place on the ground, without riding, and use experiential learning, non-verbal communication and psychoeducation. The farm provides indoor and outdoor spaces for sessions. Skye Blue Acres also shares grief-related resources, workshops and newsletters. Individual sessions are available by appointment.
