Founded in 2017, Sky Eye Systems S.r.l. (SES) is an Aeronautical Company (100% owned by Officine Meccaniche Aeronautiche S.p.A. Shareholders) dedicated to the development of a new family of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Our team is composed of high skilled managers, engineers and technicians having previous experiences in InternationalAeronautic Programs and able to develop proprietary UAVs with top in class performances. The specific Know-How and the sinergies with OMA Team empowers us to reduce time to market, costs and development related risks, advantaging both civil and military customers. Established in 2017, our company is a joint venture between OMA and GEPAT, with OMA holding a 51% stake. We have assembled a team of highly skilled managers, engineers, and technicians, all with extensive experience in international aeronautic programs. One of our key strengths is our ability to develop proprietary UASs with top-class performance, thanks to our specific know-how and synergies with OMA's talented employees.

This enables us to reduce time-to-market, costs, and development-related risks, ultimately benefiting both our civil and military customers. Our headquarters, located in Foligno, Italy, is home to our administration office, while our operative division, housing our integrated design/product team (IPT) and state-of-the-art laboratories for tests and assembly, is situated in Cascina, just 15 km from Pisa.
