Sky Farm Support Services

Sky Farm Support Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Tasmania, founded by Launceston locals Patrick and Lauren Flynn. Drawing on Patrick’s farming experience and Lauren’s background in teaching, the team offers personalised, family-centred support shaped around connection with nature, practical learning and individual growth.

Services include Supported Independent Living (SIL) at a newly renovated house in Newnham, approximately 25 kilometres from Launceston, as well as respite services in St Helens on Tasmania’s East Coast. Participants can take part in farm and animal-based activities, including vegetable gardening, feeding hens and collecting eggs, spending time with horses, donkeys and dogs, fishing, woodworking, and practical projects such as creating garden spaces and completing small construction tasks.

Sky Farm Support Services aims to help people with disability build skills, explore their interests and feel at home through meaningful experiences. Its stated values include inclusiveness, empowerment, environmental stewardship, personalised support, adventure and innovation.
