SKY-MAP is an innovative project dedicated to consolidating astronomical and astrophysical information about various space objects and phenomena. By utilizing the principle of visualization, SKY-MAP aims to provide users with a deeper emotional connection to the cosmos, transforming abstract concepts into tangible experiences. The platform features an extensive database of approximately 500 million celestial entities, allowing for easy searches and modifications of space object information. Users can also upload photographs of specific star regions and integrate them with corresponding map objects, enriching the exploration of the universe.

Presently, SKY-MAP is developing additional catalogues that will include galaxies and nebulas, along with advanced search functionalities for complex data retrieval. The introduction of a priority system for moderators will further enhance user engagement. Future plans include incorporating features for statistical analysis and collaboration with specialists across various fields. SKY-MAP invites passionate individuals to contribute to its mission of making the universe accessible and understandable for everyone.
