Established in 2019 by two experienced Business Veterans, Skytec aims to provide Production, Certification, and Consulting Services to support the industry with their expertise and innovation. The team at Skytec is led by Manfred Leser, a CEO with a background as an Aircraft Mechanic and extensive experience in avocational studies, aviation authority, and COO roles. He specializes in design, production activities, and developing the Management System within Skytec. Martin Grabner, the other CEO, is an aviation enthusiast with 15 years of experience in EASA Part 21 Design and Production.
With his Master's degree in Air Traffic Management and expertise in Program Management and certification aspects, he assists clients in various aspects of certification and program management. In addition to the CEOs, the Skytec team includes Lukas Gneist, Andreas Biederbeck, and Matthias Möderndorfer, who are all highly skilled Design Engineers and Production Engineers.
