The Historical Association “Following the Footsteps of Twardogóra” is a local heritage organisation dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Twardogóra and its surrounding area, including the town’s former German name, Festenberg. Its work explores the people, landmarks and everyday life that have shaped the municipality, connecting local history with community identity and cultural heritage.
The association documents regional stories and works to pass them on to future generations through public projects, exhibitions and historical events.
