About St Luke's ElderCare
St Luke's ElderCare is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for the elderly in our community. We offer a wide range of integrated services and programs designed to benefit elders who have suffered physical disabilities, as well as the frail and lonely who have no one to look after them. Our facilities include 24 senior care and rehabilitation centers located islandwide, three active aging hubs, one active aging center, and one nursing home.
In addition, we provide gym equipment, consultation rooms for center-based nursing, and enhanced dementia-friendly rooms at selected centers. Our mission is to be a Christian healthcare provider enriching lives in the communities, with a vision of transforming community care. Our values of compassion, holistic excellence, respect, integrity, stewardship, and teamwork guide us in our work.
