Victoria Cooper Sleep Coach is a health and wellbeing practice offering evidence-based support for better sleep and healthier habits. Victoria Cooper is a CBT-I specialist and UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, supporting adults online across the UK and in person on the Isle of Man. Her approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with personalised health coaching to address difficulties such as trouble falling asleep, waking during the night, early waking, reliance on sleep aids and anxiety about sleep.

Services include one-hour individual sleep sessions for targeted guidance and a six-week CBT-I programme with a sleep assessment, customised plan and ongoing support. The practice also provides broader health coaching focused on sustainable changes to areas such as nutrition, fitness and wellbeing. For organisations and employers, Victoria offers online or in-person sleep workshops and confidential individual or small-group CBT-I employee programmes.
