SleepControl

SleepControl is a sleep-monitoring brand offering a mobile app and a compatible pulse oximeter to help users track snoring, possible obstructive apneas, and changes in their sleep experience. The app records sounds during the night and analyzes the number and duration of snoring episodes, their volume, and possible interruptions in breathing. When connected to the oximeter, it can also measure blood oxygen saturation, pulse, and time spent below 90% oxygen saturation.

SleepControl includes configurable anti-snoring alerts designed to prompt users to change position, with settings for the activation sound level, alert sound, repetition, and volume. After each session, users can record how they feel upon waking and note factors or remedies, allowing the app to compare these details with recorded sleep data. It provides reports for reviewing relationships between selected measures across saved sessions, along with a probability index related to respiratory health and personalized suggestions based on the results. SleepControl also offers tutorials, an instruction manual, frequently asked questions, and information about its app versions.
