About Sleep Data
The National Sleep Research Resource (NSRR) is a premier repository dedicated to advancing sleep and circadian science through the sharing of extensive datasets. Launched in April 2014 and supported by the NHLBI, NSRR offers free web access to de-identified physiological signals, clinical data, and tens of thousands of polysomnographic records collected from diverse research cohorts and clinical trials, including the Sleep Heart Health Study.
NSRR facilitates secondary data analysis, algorithmic development, and signal processing by providing harmonized datasets and core variable terms. Researchers can browse, search, and download valuable data while utilizing a suite of open-source computational tools designed for efficient analysis. Collaboration with the NHLBI BioData Catalyst® enhances access to broader heart, lung, and blood data.
Engagement is encouraged through various community initiatives, including a blog, forum, webinars, and newsletters. The NSRR aims not only to support individual research efforts but also to foster collaboration within the sleep research community. Join the NSRR today to unlock the potential of sleep data!
