Sleep Hunter

Sleep Hunter provides gentle, personalised sleep support for parents of babies and toddlers, led by consultant Andrea. Based in Melbourne and available Australia-wide through telehealth, the service helps families understand their child’s sleep and find practical ways to make rest easier. Andrea’s approach draws on developmental science, responsive care and hands-on experience, with guidance shaped around each child’s temperament and each family’s values. It avoids cry-it-out methods, rigid schedules and one-size-fits-all plans, aiming to support change without compromising connection and attachment.

Services include 60-minute telehealth consultations for children from birth to five years, covering sleep, feeding and daily rhythms; two-hour home visits for babies up to 12 months; and 60-minute in-clinic consultations in Parkville for children from birth to five. Clinic support can include allied health referrals when feeding, development or maternal wellbeing needs further attention. Sleep Hunter also offers a 60-minute Little Senses sensory playgroup in Parkville for babies up to nine months, helping families explore development, understand cues and connect with other parents.
