Sleep Tribe is a Sydney, Australia-based infant and child sleep consultancy founded by Angie, an internationally certified sleep consultant and Child and Family Health Nurse. The service supports families experiencing difficulties with their young children’s sleep, using a holistic, nurturing approach tailored to each family and child. Consultations are available for children aged three months to four years and can be conducted by phone or virtually.

The Total Support package combines a consultation with two weeks of follow-up, offering ongoing guidance as families work through sleep challenges. Ask Me Anything provides a single consultation to discuss concerns and receive advice. For expecting parents and those with newborns aged up to 12 weeks, the Oh Baby! package covers normal newborn expectations and preparation for the early weeks. Sleep Tribe also offers group sessions on topics such as catnapping, routines, settling, child development, and starting solids. Current or returning clients can purchase an additional week of text or email support. The consultancy aims to help parents feel informed, confident, and better rested.
