The agency works with foreign principals to secure employment opportunities for qualified Sri Lankan labor force with full state intervention. Their objectives include expanding foreign employment opportunities for Sri Lankans, providing advisory services on the manpower industry, and entering agreements with foreign parties to promote and formalize recruitments.
