About Slovenski konzularni zbor / Slovenian Consular Corps
Slovenski konzularni zbor, also known as the Slovenian Consular Corps, is an association of over 50 honorary consuls accredited in Slovenia. The main goal of the organization is to facilitate a broader exchange of opinions, best practices, and various initiatives among its members. The Slovenian Consular Corps aims to increase the recognition of the role that honorary consuls play in strengthening Slovenia's economic and broader international cooperation.
They strive to unite as many honorary consuls as possible, accredited in Slovenia, to foster a wider exchange of ideas and initiatives. Currently, the association includes more than 50 honorary consuls. Founded in 2011 under the presidency of the honorary consul of Seychelles, Mr.
Marko Smole, it is currently presided over by the honorary consul of the Kingdom of Morocco, Mr. Janez Škrabec. The main mission of the Slovenian Consular Corps is to promote and strengthen good relations between Slovenia and the countries they represent
