About Sri Lankan Tech Community
Welcome to Sri Lankan Tech Community, a registered social service community under the Social Service Act. Our association aims to build a resourceful information technology community where everyone has equal access to advanced IT knowledge.
Our vision is to raise awareness and understanding among communities about the importance and role of IT in modern times and beyond. We strive to introduce and improve the latest IT knowledge and technology to empower our communities. Additionally, we focus on building and strengthening the capacity of local communities to overcome IT challenges.
To facilitate learning, we also conduct English language improvement classes for IT learners and other courses. Furthermore, we aim to create awareness among remote area community members about the causes of poverty and unemployment. We provide links and access to the job market, helping individuals find employment opportunities in line with their IT qualifications and experience.
