Små fodspor

Små Fodspor, also presented as Fjelsø Kostvejledning & Zoneterapi, is a holistic baby and child care practice run by Anja Nannberg in Fjelsø, near Aalestrup, Denmark. The practice offers appointments and group activities for babies, children and adults, with a focus on considering the person as a whole when exploring concerns rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

The site also highlights concerns such as colic, reflux, unsettled movement, sleep difficulties, constipation, muscle tension and primitive reflexes. BabyTummel sessions and baby massage classes provide additional activities for families.

For adults, the practice offers reflexology, ear acupuncture and Access Bars, alongside adult treatment appointments. Visitors can find information about services, prices, booking, courses, the practitioner’s background and training, and privacy policies on the website.
