About SMA Averos
SMA Averos, established in 2005 under the auspices of the Averos Science Education Foundation, aims to cultivate a generation with noble character and a mastery of science and technology. With a commitment to providing holistic and quality education to every student, SMA Averos offers a range of programs and achievements. The school boasts a diverse community, with over 1,000 students, 270+ teachers, and successful alumni studying at various prestigious institutions worldwide.
One of the highlights of SMA Averos is the annual Averos Fair (AFA), a science exhibition where students showcase their scientific projects and experiments, inviting participation from junior high school students across Sorong city and regencies. Additionally, SMA Averos hosts workshops and seminars on topics like robotics and research, contributing to building a knowledge-driven society.
