Small Steps Big Dreams

Small Steps Big Dreams is a Dubai-based autism and child development center established in 2016. The organization supports children with autism, learning difficulties, and developmental delays through individualized, evidence-based programs designed to build functional skills and encourage participation at home, in therapy, and in mainstream classrooms. Its services include one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, home-based ABA, early intervention, developmental delay therapy, speech and language therapy, inclusive education planning, and behavior therapist-supported classroom inclusion.

Programs begin with comprehensive assessments, and goals are tailored to each child’s needs, monitored through ongoing data analysis, and shared with families through regular progress updates and annual assessments. Small Steps emphasizes collaboration with families, teachers, school inclusion teams, and allied professionals. Its multilingual, multinational team is supervised by behavior analysts certified by BACB, IBAO, and QABA.

The center also provides VB-MAPP training and, as a KHDA-approved training provider and approved QABA coursework provider, offers professional training and continuing education. Small Steps operates multiple centers across Dubai
