Wie können wir lebenswerte Kommunen auch unter neuen Bedingungen gestalten? Wie erhöhen wir Lebensqualität und Möglichkeiten der Teilhabe und Mitgestaltung für jeden Einzelnen? Nicht nur in Deutschland, sondern weltweit stellt sich die Frage, wie sich unsere Städte und Gemeinden im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung entwickeln werden. Die vom Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen (BMWSB) initiierte Wissens- und Vernetzungsplattform „Smart City Dialog“ trägt dazu bei, Smart Cities gemeinsam im Dialog zwischen Politik, Verwaltung, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft zu gestalten.
